"I want to show you how food can save your life"

Today in our world, a lot of people have to deal every day with weight gain, diabetes, and other illness due to numerous factors, but most of the time, Food is the direct link to it. 

For most of those people, food can be a struggle, feeling guilty and lost in all those diets: Vegan, gluten-free, carbs, fat, trans fat... What should we eat, what should we avoid when USDA guidelines and documentaries show us all and everything. 

 

That is where I am here to help you. I am a chef who has studied nutrition and for years, I have been passionate with food, and the impact on our health, developing a very strong way of eating that allows anybody to quit feeling guilty about food, that allow anybody to enjoy food and eat whatever they want. 

 

I was born and raised in Europe where most commun illness from the US doesn't exist, even though fat and carbs are fully part of the every day life. How is that possible ? By following some simples rules and rediscover the pleasure of dinning and feasting.

My goal is to teach you those technique in just a few session so you can, very quickly take the lead of your new life.
